Every lot ships with four documents. No exceptions, no “on request”.
Four documents, every lot
Certificate of analysis
Moisture; irone by capillary GC; heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cr against GB 15618);
pesticide multi-residue screen. Laboratory named on the certificate, not “third-party”.
GACP batch extract
Planting date, every field operation with date, harvest date, drying curve, packing date,
and the lot number that maps to the bags you receive.
Phytosanitary certificate
Issued by Chinese customs at time of export. We do not ship without it.
Packing list with lot-to-bag mapping
So that a sample pulled from any bag can be traced back to a single day in the field.
Results are published as they are produced
Analytical results appear on this page when we receive them — including any lot that falls
outside specification. If a batch is below our irone floor, it is not sold as prime material,
and we will say on this page that it happened.
